H&K's precision grinding department experts provide surface grinding services using diamond technology for aluminum oxide and Borozon (boron nitride).
We utilize jig grinding for grinding complex shapes and holes where the highest degrees of accuracy and finish are required (e.g., mating holes and pegs on dies). H&K has Moore jig grinding equipment with CNC capability.
Our grinders can achieve tolerances of +/- 0.00005, with an outer diameter size capacity to 14.0”.
